VOICE

[there's silence for a few moments, and then a low growl that filters into the words that follow]

How hard is it supposed to be to find a doctor in a damn hospital? Huh?!

[another silence]

I wanna talk to one. Right now.

[click.]

[OOC: Kicked it on the 14th (please note that it was an offscreen death and thus probably not explicitly known to anyone, though you may or may not have noticed his extended absence), recently revived, stalking the hospital like a thundercloud. Feel free to poke him, but he'll probably be even more snappish than usual, whoops.

Any interested doctors please ping here!]

[More focused staring at Nora. Somehow that doesn't make him confident that there wont' be problems.]

You've got to tell me what exactly you can do. Just because you won't be near the city doesn't mean that you and everyone else will automatically be safe.

[.... He was afraid of that. But, well... it's not something he's going to lie about (because A. He just won't, and B. He's dumb). Besides, Cerberus isn't exactly something that's going to be easy to keep under wraps.

To be quite honest, there's still a very small part of him that doesn't want to do this, but it's a very small and overruled part.

So, grudgingly:]

I'll tell you. But he can go first, it'll be faster.

[Nobody's avoiding the subject, okay.]

[Him first? ...Alright]

...Besides two support skills that involve healing and boosting speed and defense, I'll be able to form a large gun from my bloodstream due to nanomachines.

[There was a short nod as Chopper focused his attention on Kresnik, perking up at the knowledge of the healing abilities... which led to absolute speechlessness at everything else.]

R-Really?! You can make a gun from your own blood! Uwoa--! So cooool. ah, but you've got to be really careful with that then! I'll keep an eye on you!

[He already knew about the gun and stuff, of course, but...]

Nano.. machines? You're like a computer??

...No, the nanomachines swarm through my blood.

[Something tells him that this will be interesting.]

What are nanomachines?

[Yeah, have a bit of a blank look.]

But they're... tiny computers! [Have him squishing his fingers together and peering through the nonexistent gap, presumably trying to demonstrate a NANO!machine.] So you're like the whatchamacallit. Cyclops?

[Let it never be said that Nora isn't creative while trying to recall his vocabulary.]

...Nanomachines are machines that cannot be seen by the human eye.

[...]

A cyclops is a being with one eye, Nora. It's a cyborg that you're attempting to reference to... but no, I don't consider myself one.

[Chopper doesn't exactly get it either but it sounds cool, and that's all that matters.]

Oooh. I know what a cyborg is! The shipwright in my crew is one! His name's Franky! He's really awesome, especially when you switch the cola in his stomach! That was a lot of fun!

That's what I said! [Nora must always be right, because he is really all of about five years old!] So if you're not a cyborg then what are you??

[He also blinks at Chopper a bit -- the little guy goes pretty fast from hiding like a mouse to chattering like crazy...]

An' machines can't drink soda.

I consider myself a genetically enhanced human.

But he's not a machine, he's a cybrog like I said. He's like him-- [There's a hoof pointed in Kresnik's direction.] but there's parts of him that aren't like a normal human person's body. He has modifications, like a fridge in his stomach. And he runs on cola. I don't know why, but that's how he designed himself.

But you've got machines in you. [He may or may not have his own ideas of what genetically enhanced humans are.]

[Annnnd blankly--] ... If he's got a fridge in his stomach, where's the cola go?

Yes, I have machines inside of me. [Why argue about something like this]

[There's some more awed staring... and then he decides to walk up to Kresnik's leg and just sort of, pat away at him. As if that's enough to help him know that, yes, there are machines inside him.]

Cool. But I don't know where the cola goes. You'd have to ask him, but he's not here.

[Decisively:] So you're a cyborg. You're a machine-human!

[And since it's the cool thing to do now and Chopper did it first, Nora approaches to also start sort of poking at Kresnik -- because maybe if he pokes the right spot (or there are buttons? or something?) the gun or machines will pop out. Of course.]

... Aren't you a doctor? [Doctors are supposed to know all about anatomy and everything. Even robot anatomy.]

[As per request, Chopper stops. Even though he kind of doesn't want to. There's a hesitant step back as he answers Nora's question but keeps observing Kresnik.]

My experience is with regular human anatomy, and I've handled animals before so that's no problem either. The thing with robots and even androids is that, even though they might have the same physical frame as a human, the inside either has major modifications or is completely different. That sounds like more of what a mechanic should deal with, and I don't know anything about that at all.
